The Evins Plancher Foundation is a faith-based organization dedicated to uplifting families and communities in Jean-Rabel and the Far-West region of the Northwestern department. We continue the vision of Pastor Evins Plancher, honoring his legacy through the School Frères-Perrier and the Église Baptiste Mont-Olive, while bringing to life new initiatives he envisioned.
