The Evins Plancher Foundation is dedicated to promoting the well-being of individuals and families in Jean-Rabel and the Far-West of the Northwestern department by strengthening education, nurturing children, empowering parents, and building safe, vibrant community spaces.
Continuing Pastor Evins’ vision—expressed through the School Frères-Perrier and the Église Baptiste Mont-Olive—the Foundation works in partnership with these institutions while advancing new initiatives he envisioned but did not have the opportunity to complete, ensuring his legacy of faith, service, and community development endures for generations.
Our Educational Focus
Education is the primary pathway through which the Evins Plancher Foundation invests in long-term change. By creating and strengthening learning spaces, we seek to equip children and young people with the intellectual foundations, practical skills, and values necessary to navigate life with purpose and responsibility. Faith is the foundation upon which the Evins Plancher Foundation stands. In communities such as Jean-Rabel and the Far-West of the Northwestern department, preventable illnesses, limited medical infrastructure, and lack of health education often hinder human potential. Our healthcare pillar is designed to strengthen community resilience by improving access to essential medical services, preventive care, and health awareness.
We prioritize initiatives that address primary healthcare needs, maternal and child health, nutrition, sanitation, and disease prevention.
